Greek yogurt is gaining in popularity...and for good reason! I test a ton of health food products (including yogurts), and I have to say that for a product that is so rich and creamy, it's hard to believe it packs such a nutritious punch!

Chobani Greek Yogurt is the only nonfat greek yogurt with fruit on the bottom and it's packed with up to 18 grams of protein depending on the flavor. It also contains active probiotic cultures which are great for digestion and absorption of nutrients. I have my clients buy kefir for the same probiotic benefits, but the texture can be difficult for some. Chobani's texture is pure creamy smoothness. 

My favorite (and the most healthy) yogurt is the plain, because at 100 calories, 18 grams of protein, and only 7 grams of natural sugar (non added), it is a superior product. Add some fresh fruit or nuts and you have a perfect snack. Other Chobani flavors, such as the pomegranate and blueberry, win me over with their antioxidant advantage. The sugar content in these flavors is slightly high at up to 20 grams, BUT what makes this yogurt special is that the amount of protein in each cup will slow the absorption of these sugars, therefore you avoid sugar spiking and body fat gains. 

Overall, Chobani gets two thumbs up! With no artificial sweeteners or hormones, twice the amount of protein, probiotic cultures, and a rich creamy texture, I will definitely recommend this greek yogurt to all of my clients!
